Right of Withdrawal

Under Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on consumer protection in the sale of goods or provision of services under distance contracts, you have the following right of withdrawal as a consumer.

1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but its use is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

2. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to § 7 (6) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll., the right of withdrawal does not apply, in particular, to contracts for:

• the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications, manufactured to order, or clearly personalised (e.g. prints in non-standard sizes or made to order),
• the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene and which were unsealed after delivery,
• the supply of goods which are, after delivery, by their nature inseparably mixed with other items.

3. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.

4. Return of Goods

You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

5. Liability for Diminished Value

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods (§ 10 (5) of Act No. 102/2014 Coll.). We are entitled to deduct such an amount from the reimbursement.
