Jupiter's Swirling Cloud Formations

Swirling cloud formations in the northern region of Jupiter's northern temperate belt in this new image from NASA's Juno spacecraft.

The image was taken during Juno's eleventh close flyby of Jupiter, when the spacecraft was approximately 8,186 kilometres above the planet's cloud tops.
